#SenseiSherlock was impressed by the high tech way Sharon and John presented, to over 400 people, an ABA seminar on Headless Chickens and Zombie Data: Your Ethical Obligations for Disasters and Data Breaches. And they loved working with their friend Lucian Pera!
The Adventures of Sensei's Sherlock
#SenseiSherlock enjoyed a splendid evening and wonderful conversation with the Honorable Jane Roush, first at the Virginia Law Foundation’s reception at the VSB Annual Meeting followed by a delicious dinner at Eurasia.
#SenseiSherlock enjoyed the excellent company of Lang Wilson and Rhona Blank at the VSB Council Dinner where Sharon and John co-sponsored the after dinner reception.
#SenseiSherlock joined Sharon and Professional Development Board Chair Dan Siegel at the ABA Law Practice Division Council meeting.
#SenseiSherlock was quite surprised when he saw that his friend Zach Bambracht, the Executive Director of the ABA Law Practice Division, gave him bunny ears in this photo!
#SenseiSherlock thanked the ABA Law Practice Division for its gift of a bike – a combination keychain and beer bottle opener, but he isn’t good with keys and Sharon and John forbid him beer. He gave it to John who probably has better uses for it!
#SenseiSherlock welcomed attorney Amy Mirabile to Sensei’s offices, where Sharon, John and Mike taught “Perry Mason Goes Digital: Electronic Evidence in Family Law.”
#SenseiSherlock was delighted that longtime friend Ed Weiner was able to join Sharon as she was inducted into the Virginia Lawyers Hall of Fame in Richmond – a wonderful evening – and congrats to all who were inducted into the Class of 2019!
#SenseiSherlock congratulated Sharon and John’s friend Niki Black on her excellent AI presentation at the DC Bar where Sharon and John gave a presentation on the war law firms are fighting against data breaches.
#SenseiSherlock helped Sharon thank VSB staff liaisons Jim McCauley and Kristi Hall for their hard work, support and dedication during the last three years as Sharon finished her term as Chair of the VSB Committee on the Future of Law Practice.
