U.S. Marshal Has Sex on Courthouse Roof, Captured in Photos Sent to ABC

First there were selfies. Now there are "roofies". The Harrison, PA courthouse roof has apparently been the scene of multiple sex encounters by a U.S. Marshal (unsure whether it is the man or woman) – and yes, there are photos in the abc27.com story. It is amusing that the person who photographed the steamy sex and sent the photos to the TV station was worried about courthouse security. ABC passed the photos over to federal investigators.

Officials confirmed that a U.S. Marshal was one of the partners in the after-hours romp on the roof as reported by the ABA Journal.

As monumental stupidity goes, this ranks right up there. Not only was the roof visible to multiple apartment dwellers with cameras and smartphones, but we live in the age of drones. On the other hand, we now have a new word (roofie) and another story for our electronic evidence presentations.
