I miss my friend and colleague Dave Bilinsky, a practice management consultant par excellence in British Columbia (too far away!), but I get to keep up with him via e-mail and his Thoughtful Legal Management blog. His blog is always worth reading, but I thought this was a good moment to highlight his most recent post in which he solicited predictions about the practice of law in 2014 from a number of his friends, including me.
