MORE STATE RULES ADDRESSING ELECTRONIC EVIDENCE

Hard to keep up these days. Just when we have some sense of what all the new federal rules mean in practice, we are all scrambling to make sure we know what is going on in the states. Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, New York and North Carolina have all added new ESI provisions.
