Craig Ball: A Dozen E-Discovery Strategies for Requesting and Producing Parties

It is gratifying whenever e-discovery expert Craig Ball posts something in a "tips" format – always practical stuff – often things attorneys need to know. His post on "A Dozen E-Discovery Strategies for Requesting and Producing Parties" was enlightening.

Although Craig pronounced himself not completely happy with his list of strategies (my dear friend, you are never satisfied with anything less than perfection!), I thought they were very good indeed, especially in a world where a recent survey of judges indicated the average attorney does not have the skill set to properly guide clients through e-discovery.

So hone your skill set and read Craig's excellent advice.
