The Basics of E-Discovery: A Guide from Exterro

There are a lot of guides to e-discovery basics. But this one has a nice spin. The folks at Exterro obviously worked hard on presenting information in an easy-to-read style, with bulleted lists and graphics to break up the text.

Best of all, The Basics of E-Discovery is a free download. Yes, it is 98 pages, but it isn't a formidable read. The guide is full of helpful links too. If you need to get schooled up in the fundamentals of e-discovery, this is a great resource.

Chapter 9 of the guide includes a list of blog resources – happy to say that Ride the Lightning is on that list – and in the good company of many wonderful blogs.
