You can always trust Craig Ball to be on point and pithy. His latest post, about a hapless EDD rookie lawyer who had her $300/hour requested fee reduced to $200/hour by the court because of her EDD inexperience.
Read the post and, if you are not well equiped to deal with EDD – start signing up for CLEs.
No doubt embarassing to have her inexperience immortalized in a court opinion. I feel for her, but Craig is right – if nothing else we presenters say will move you to learn about electronic discovery, perhaps $100 an hour will.
