Good friends Dennis Kennedy and Tom Mighell have an excellent podcast (The Kennedy-Mighell Report) on Legal Talk Network. John and I listen to their podcasts frequently and always learn something – we were especially interested in their newest podcast, "Legal Ethics and Cybersecurity."
They tend to be less in the weeds than we are, but they do a very good job of balancing ethics and cybersecurity in a way that the average lawyer can understand. Of course, there were places where we wanted to jump into the conversation, but that's to be expected in such a volatile area. Maybe one day we'll get the chance to be a panel of four and do some amiable sparring.
It was amusing to listen to Tom and Dennis late at night in Chicago and then see them at breakfast in the morning at ABA TECHSHOW. The wired world can be a peculiar place.
