On June 10th, FTI Consulting Inc. announced that it had signed a merger agreement to acquire Attenex. Purchase price? Approximately $88 million in cash. This is now an electronic discovery and ESI processing behemoth and quite a force to be reckoned with. Stay tuned for further developments in EDD company shakeouts – just when you get to know the players, the roster is scrambled yet again!
