Disappearing Messages in Gmail
April 16, 2018
One of the features of the redesigned Gmail is a new Confidential Mode. The feature allows users to stop recipients from forwarding the message, prevent printing or restrict the ability to copy or download. Users can also require that a passcode (sent via SMS text message) be used to open the message. You'll also be able to expire the messages after a period of time. Even though these new features are touted as improving security and control, you still can't stop someone from taking a photo of the message or capturing screenshots.
