Adobe Partners with Dropbox to Manage PDF Files
October 19, 2015
Acrobat users can now enjoy Dropbox integration when working with their PDF files. The partnership means that users of Acrobat Reader and the desktop version of Acrobat DC can seamlessly work with the PDF files stored in their Dropbox account. Dropbox can now be used as a common storage area to make your PDF files accessible across all your devices. This means that you can access your PDF files from your desktop computer, tablet, Android smartphone or iOS device. You can open, view, annotate and work with PDF files in your Dropbox account. You access the files from your Acrobat product or from the Dropbox website. You now have a choice for storage of your PDF files. You can use Dropbox or subscribe to Adobe’s cloud storage or use both. This is another example of using cloud services to make data accessible across multiple devices.
