In this month's podcast, Jim and Sharon interview Mary Vandenack about the American Bar Association Future of Legal Services report. Mary served on the American Bar Association Commission on the Future of Legal Services and currently serves as co-chair on the Futures Taskforce and co-chair of the Economics and Technology Committee of the ABA Section of Real Property, Trust, & Estate Law. The discussion concerning access to justice and the direction of alternative legal services providers is being studied by a lot of states and not just the ABA.
