Apple v. Samsung Takes E-Discovery's Center Stage

As Da Silva Moore has slipped to the sidelines recently, Apple, Inc. v. Samsung Elecs. Co. Ltd., No. C 11-1846 LHK (PSG) (N.D. Cal. July 25, 2012) seems to have taken center stage.
