In my mailbox: An announcement that on June 1st, the CastleQuest Discovery Library published Discovering the Digital Record - The Questions for Examination by Jeffrey Ritter and David Gaston. The price of the book is $129.95. Furhter information is available here.
I've not read the book, but the press release copy says the book is designed for IT professionals and lawyers with limited e-discovery experience. It is meant to assist lawyers making demands on corporations with navigating the sometimes tortuoous roads of EDD. It includes a practice toolkit to enable counsel to learn whether a digital record is authentic and admissible, including interview templates, model pleadings and model discovery plans.
