Apple Releases Security Updates

If you own an Apple device, it’s definitely due for the installation of an update. TechCrunch reported that Apple has released security updates for iPhones, iPads, Macs and Watches. The updates will bring the operating systems to the following levels:

  • iOS – 14.4.1
  • iPadOS – 14.4.1
  • watchOS – 7.3.2
  • macOS Big Sur – 11.2.3

Users of older macOS should install the latest version of Safari (14.0.3). All of the updates fix a vulnerability in WebKit, which is the engine for Safari. Google and Microsoft reported the problem, but it is not believed that the flaw is being actively exploited. Even so, check what operating system you are running and update it to the levels shown above.
