You Should Probably Delay an iOS 13 Upgrade
October 2, 2019
There have been many news items identifying all kinds of problems with the latest release of iOS. Recently, The Verge reported on broken iCloud reminders and suggested users should delay the upgrade to iOS 13. The latest release of iOS is 13.1.2 and supposedly fixes bugs for iCloud backups, camera issues, flashlight, shortcuts for HomePod, Bluetooth problems and more. The latest problems deal with iCloud Reminders. Users are reporting missing lists or entirely deleted reminders, names of lists resetting to defaults, dates and times not transferring properly, and other syncing errors.
Since the 13.1 release of iOS on September 24th, there have been two additional updates to fix problems. What a mess.
