Podcast: Securing Office 365: An Ethical Imperative for Lawyers

September 27, 2018

In our most recent Digital Detectives podcast, we had the pleasure of interviewing Microsoft's Brandon Koeller, a principal program manager lead for customer-facing security. If you have Office 365 (soon, apparently, to be known as Microsoft 365), this is a podcast you should listen to.

Just because you get Office 365 installed and working properly doesn't mean that it's automatically secure. Brandon talks about Office 365 Secure Score and other best practices to keep your data safe in the cloud. While the Secure Score can help, Brandon also discuss where that tool falls short and how lawyers can tend to high level risks in order to address key threats.

And if you want a quick tip, the number one recommendation for Secure Score is to enable multi-factor authentication for administrators. You get 50 points for that alone. Want to learn more? Take a listen to the podcast – Brandon is as knowledgeable as they come.
