Missouri Becomes the 29th State to Adopt the Duty of Technology Competence

March 13, 2018

A little late (better late than never), my friend Bob Ambrogi discovered that Missouri had adopted the ethical duty of technology competence on September 26, 2017. He reported on this last week in his Lawsites blog – and now we have 29 states which have adopted the duty of technology competence.

Since our mutual friend Carole Levitt tipped Bob off, I guess I owe them both a hat tip – thanks guys!
