Da Silva Moore: Judge Peck Denies Plaintiffs' Motion for Recusal

On June 15th, Judge Peck denied the Plaintiffs' motion for his recusal in a 56-page opinion. On the same date, ACEDS carried a story about the development with a link to a PDF of the opinion.
I'm sure many posts and articles will emerge over the next week.
As I have just returned from the Virginia State Bar Annual Meeting, where I was honored to be sworn in as the VSB's President-elect, I confess that I haven't read the opinion closely and that doing so will have to wait until the emergency folder in my Inbox has been cleared!
