Do You Have E-Discovery Forms You'd Like to Share?

May 5, 2010

As many of you know, I am a co-author of one of the American Bar Association's best selling books on EDD, The Electronic Evidence and Discovery Handbook: Forms, Checklists and Guidelines. My co-authors, Sensei Vice President John Simek and Onlaw Trial Technologies President Bruce Olson are rolling up their sleeves so the three of us can produce a second edition, expected to be published at the beginning of 2011.

Although we've collected some great forms over the last several years, we know humility is a great virtue, so we are asking anyone who thinks they have a really wonderful e-discovery form, checklist or guideline if they'd be willing to share it with us for possible publication (with full accreditation of course).

Send anything you'd care to share to my e-mail address below with your permission to use it in our book. We are striving to make the second edition as complete and up-to-date as possible and welcome the good works of others. Thanks in advance!
