Ever since the publication of The Checklist Manifesto, we have heard stories about how hospitals (in particular) and many other entities have been aided in efficiencies and “not dropping balls” by using simple checklists. The same principle applies to law firms, so you may want to check out a new book, Checklists for Lawyers, just published by the American Bar Association.
