MONTANA LAWYER PUBLISHES TWO LEGAL ETHICS AND TECHNOLOGY ARTICLES BY SENSEI’S PRINCIPALS

The March 2012 Issue of Montana Lawyer published two articles by Sharon D. Nelson and John W. Simek. The first, “Ruminations on the Ethics of Law Firm Information Security,” discusses Rule 1.6 – the ABA Model Rule on the confidentiality of information. The second “Stupid Mistakes Lawyers Make with Technology” emphasizes the importance of passwords, installation of licensed software and the need for a PIN on your smartphone.
