In November, Sharon D. Nelson and John W. Simek of Sensei Enterprises, Inc. published a paper in Slaw, Canada’s online legal magazine. They reminded the readers of oft forgotten Rule 1.6 of the ABA Model Rules. Similar rules apply everywhere. They said, “The trick, of course, is how to keep client data secure in the digital era.
