Sensei Articled Featured in ABA Law Practice Magazine

December 10, 2019

If you look at the “Hot Buttons” column in the November/December 2019 issue of the ABA’s Law Practice magazine, you will find the article “Incident Response Plans Come of Age” written by Sensei’s Sharon Nelson and John Simek. Law Practice magazine is a bi-monthly publication of the American Bar Association’s Law Practice Division.

We don’t know why so many law firms fail to create IRPs, but it’s time to come to grips with the necessity of having one. The last time we focused on this subject was in this column in November/December 2015. So it’s definitely time to revisit the topic and issue a rallying cry for the adoption of IRPs.
