At an ABA Midyear Meeting Session on e-discovery, public records and metadata sponsored by the ABA Government and Public Sector Lawyers Division, John joined a distinguished panel of speakers. He advised the audience that ESI is anything in electronic form, including word processing documents, e-mails, text messages, Facebook pages, electronic photos, web pages, Internet activity and anything else that is created and stored digitally.
