Sharon Nelson and John Simek’s tech tip, “Restoration Nowhere” was featured recently in Attorney at Work. Lawyers should fear stupidity. In a recent two-week time frame, we heard about four Northern Virginia law firms that had been struck by ransomware, which encrypts your files and demands a ransom for the decryption key.
