SHARON NELSON AND JOHN SIMEK ARE QUOTED IN THE OREGON STATE BAR BULLETIN

The Oregon State Bar Bulletin has printed an article titled, “What NSA Surveillance Means to Law Firms.” Ms. Nelson and Mr. Simek have presented a thorough analysis of what lawyers today need to know about cybersecurity.
The NSA has been watching and listening to lawyers (and everyone else), but through encryption and other techniques the legal community can make it tougher for e-mails, phone calls and electronic transmissions to be intercepted.
One of the best ways to keep all of your information secure is to properly train everyone at your firm as employees are the weakest links to keeping your data safe.
