SHARON NELSON ANSWERS AN IMPORTANT QUESTION

David Bilinsky, a friend and colleague of Sensei’s Sharon Nelson, authors the blog Thoughtful Legal Management. He recently did a post where he asked his thought leader friends an important question: “What one thing (or two) that we all know we should be doing in 2015 but aren’t?” Sharon was one of those thought leaders and here is her response:

1. Moving to an encryption by default world with the client data we hold.
2. Making sure that all third party vendors that hold our sensitive data are also encrypting it.
