U.S. SUPREME COURT DENIES PETITION BY ‘DA SILVA MOORE’ PLAINTIFFS

As reported by Monica Bay in Law Technology News yesterday, the Supreme Court ended a long soap opera that centered around Judge Andrew Peck’s endorsement of predictive coding in e-discovery. Ms. Bay stated “The effort to push Peck off the case drew tremendous attention and speculation from the legal technology community.
