Adapter to Add Two Monitors to Your Laptop

Multi monitors is one of the best improvements you can make to your computing environment. We have yet to find any computer user willing to go back to a single screen once they’ve experienced working with multiple monitors. Adding additional monitors allows you to have more applications open to easily move back and forth. It can be a bit of a challenge to add more screens to a laptop, especially if you don’t use a docking station. How-To Geek has a post describing an adapter you can use for your laptop to add two monitors.

The $40 adapter connects to your laptop via a single USB-C connection and outputs the video to two HDMI ports. You don’t need any drivers and it supports Windows 10 and 11 with extended or mirrored monitors. macOs is supported, but only for a single or dual mirrored monitors. Both operating systems can display up to 4K 60Hz.
