Cheat Sheet for Microsoft Teams
March 25, 2020
More and more of us are now working from home and using remote tools to collaborate and communicate with others. One of the tools being used is Microsoft Teams. For the majority of Office 365 subscribers, Teams is included for no additional charge. Free is a great price, but how do you use Microsoft's competing product to Slack? Not to worry. Computerworld has posted a cheat sheet for using Teams. Computerworld gives multiple reasons why you would use Teams over email.
- Everyone in a discussion stays on topic.
- You will get less email.
- All resources are right there in front of you.
- Teams has a real-time feel to it.
There are also instructions for creating or joining a team. Depending on the configuration, you can even invite those outside of your organization to participate in your team. While Teams is a great collaboration tool, there are some things you shouldn't do. Read the post to get up to speed quickly.
