Google Saves Voice Recordings and Commands When You Use “Google Now”
October 15, 2015
It should be no surprise that Google, Apple, Microsoft and every other app provider wants information about you. After all, they can monetize your data. Samsung does it too when you talk to your smart TV. How can you see what "Google Now" has saved and can you delete the information? The Guardian reports that you can access the stored archive of stored recordings by going to the Voice & Audio Activity page. From there you can view what’s stored and delete it if you care to. You’re out of luck if you use an iPhone. There’s no similar feature from Apple to view and manage your Siri activity. So much for privacy and transparency.
