How to Enable God Mode in Windows 10

Long time Windows users know of a hidden feature called God Mode. The real name is actually Windows Master Control Panel Shortcut. God Mode is a hidden feature that unlocks additional customization features in Windows. Enabling God Mode gives you access to an additional 260+ settings in Windows 10. You enable God Mode in Windows 10 with the following steps.

  1. Create a new folder on your Windows desktop (New > Folder) and save it with the name: GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}
  2. The folder’s icon will change to an icon of a Control Panel. Double-click on the new icon to see your universal settings panel.
  3. You can name the folder something other than "GodMode"; before the Period (.).
  4. Now, click the folder, open it and get god-like access to more than 260 functions and tools.
