Adobe Acrobat in the Cloud
April 7, 2015
Is cloud computing impacted by the weather? I certainly hope not, especially since Adobe’s next version of Acrobat will be using the cloud in a big way. Our good friend and colleague, Bob Ambrogi, has a great summary of the next version of Adobe’s PDF software, which will be called Acrobat DC, in a post on his Law Sites blog. Acrobat DC will be part of the larger Adobe Document Cloud. Adobe Document Cloud is similar to Creative Cloud and will include the new Acrobat DC, E‑signing, Mobile Link and document management.
Document Cloud will be subscription based as are a lot of the current cloud offerings from other vendors. The cost is $14.95 per month and includes the desktop version of Acrobat DC. Besides Bob’s post, you can get more information about Document Cloud on Adobe’s blog.
