Apple Responds to Users Battery Life Complaints

December 21, 2016

Apple has never been known for good battery life in its products except for the iPad. iPhone users are notorious for searching for power outlets or hauling around excess weight in battery charging packs. The latest complaints of battery life come from MacBook Pro users. Apple promises a battery life of ten hours, but users only experience three to six hours of battery life.

Not a problem. Apple "fixed" the problem with the latest operating system upgrade (macOS Sierra) by removing the "time remaining" indicator in the battery life display. That should resolve the complaints. What a great way to service your customers.
