Controlling Windows 10 Update Installations May Not Be a Good Thing

March 7, 2017

A major complaints among Windows 10 users is that updates are automatically installed instead of being approved by the user. It's considered a good security practice to install updates as soon as they are available. Microsoft forces the updates for Windows 10 users, which has created the uproar. Microsoft is backing off (partially) and letting the user schedule when the Windows updates occur. The catch is that is has to be within three days. Frankly, delaying system updates is a bad thing. It gives the "bad guys" the opportunity to attack your system before it's patched.
