Parents of a certain age bite their tongues when they see younger adults being disrespectful and essentially lazy in the workplace environment. There really is a difference between being lazy and being inefficient. LexisNexis has a blog post that describes inefficiency as the secret silent killer of law firms and is worth a read. Not just because our friend, Debbie Foster, is mentioned, but because there are actually some good pointers for law firms. Technology is your friend when you are a small firm or solo attorney. It is the great equalizer when dealing with the “big boys.”
