Keypad on a USB Flash Drive?

February 10, 2015

I’m a big fan of the Ironkey flash drives for security and durability. Toshiba has introduced a secure flash drive that has a small digital keypad to unlock the encrypted contents. The drives are a little pricey and only operate at the USB 2.0 transfer spec, which makes them slow by today’s standards. The capacity tops out at 32GB, which is also pretty small by today’s standards. The keypad is cool, but I’ll stick with the military grade encryption and capacity of my Ironkey drive.
