Windows 10 Release Date Announced

The wait is over. Microsoft has announced that the Windows 10 upgrade will be available to users running Windows 7 or 8.1 on July 29th at no cost. You will have one year to take advantage of the free upgrade. The announcement states that the upgrade is only available for tablets and PCs. I guess smartphone owners will have to wait a bit longer.
