Bulk Uninstall Multiple Windows Apps

February 23, 2023

The majority of Windows users know how to uninstall applications by using the Control Panel. Once Control Panel is launched, just navigate to the uninstall program option. There are several ways to get there. Selecting Programs -> Programs and Features is just one path to see the installed applications. From there you can select the application you want and then choose Uninstall or Uninstall/Change. You can also click the Windows icon and select Settings -> Apps to see the list of installed applications. Click the application and choose Uninstall. Unfortunately, the process only allows you to uninstall one application at a time.

If you want to uninstall multiple applications at one time, read through the Lifehacker post about the BCU (Bulk Crap Uninstaller). You just have to love the name. BCU makes it easy to check off multiple applications at one time. No more jumping back and forth to clean up your machine. With ABA TECHSHOW just around the corner, perhaps BCU will show up in the 60-in-60 session.
