Make Your Android Phone Run Faster
July 7, 2022
Besides providing great features, modern day electronics encourages laziness too. Electronic storage and ease of use means users just blindly truck along installing all kinds of apps, fixating on social media and spending endless hours surfing the internet. As time goes on, we notice performance slow downs. Part of the reason is because our technology ages and a phone we purchased three years ago doesn’t have the power of a new upgrade. Another reason is temporary data hanging around in the cache.
A simple way to improve performance is to clear out those digital remnants in the cache. Lifehacker has a post with instructions on how to do that. There are specific instructions for clearing the cache from Android browsers such as Chrome, Firefox and Samsung Internet. Besides your browser, clearing the cache for a specific app could help too. Clearing out the app cache means you’ll have to enter your login credentials again and perhaps some of your favorite preferences. A small price to pay.
